The Promise of Remaining Free

In exchange for this free service, the transactional data extracted from the email accounts of users enables us to offer anonymised analytics to various third parties (businesses, non-profit organizations, schools, and universities) so that they can improve their products and services and refine their market knowledge. We promise to keep this app free forever.

The Two Purposes

We access your email account for two sole purposes: One, identifying newsletters, etc. so that you can delete or move them thus keeping your inbox tidy. Two, identifying your transactional emails in order to extract the information that enables us to offer anonymized data for statistical, research, investment, or educational purposes.

The Promise for Ensuring Anonymization

Under no circumstances do we access the contents of your personal emails. Anonymisation is an irreversible process that prevents any subsequent identification, thus anonymized data no longer has any reminiscence of personal data. Anonymisation is also mandatory prior to any communication of data for statistical, research, investment or educational purposes to various third parties (businesses, non-profit organizations, schools and universities). This mandate is given by the Market Research Society of India (MRSI), the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR), and other such organizations. As gralovis insights is a market research firm, we completely adhere to their guidelines.

Limited Period of Storing Your Data

Your data is processed for a limited period which we decide in the light of the legal and contractual restrictions on us and, failing this, according to our needs. If you opt-out or delete your account, your data is immediately deleted from our servers. If you remain inactive (without deleting your account) for three years from the most recent activity in your account or the most recent contact with you, your data is deleted from our servers.

Your Rights

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

• Right of access to your personal information.
• Right to correct or rectify any inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt-out and erase your personal information.
• Right to receive data concerning you which you have communicated to us in a structured, widely-used and machine-readable format (right to portability).
• Right to give instructions in relation to the processing of your data if you die (post-mortem right).

Future Changes

If changes are made to the applicable regulations or if new functionalities in TidyPigeon which affect the processing of your data are implemented, we reserve the right to amend this policy. Notice of any new policy will be given before it enters into force.
