What is TidyPigeon?
TidyPigeon is a user-friendly, email inbox cleaner for various email service providers that lets you take full control of your inbox. TidyPigeon helps you to delete or move past and future emails by senders. This makes your inbox quite clean and thus making it easy to find your important emails. It also helps you revise your past actions of delete or move.
What is the cost of TidyPigeon?
TidyPigeon is absolutely FREE to use and is also free from any third party advertisements.
With which email services can we use TidyPigeon?
TidyPigeon can be used with all major email services in India like - gmail, hotmail, outlook, yahoo.
In what languages is TidyPigeon available?
As of now, TidyPigeon is available only in English.
What is the login process in TidyPigeon?
The login process is quite easy.
- Step 1, you need to sign up with your email address and password.
- Step 2, you will need to authenticate yourself with the service provider’s two-step verification process.
- Step 3, An application password is automatically created.
- Step 4, you need to login again with your email and password to complete the process.
You may receive an email from your service provider that an App password is created, which you may ignore as you are the one initiating the action.
Why is TidyPigeon using 2-step verification to log in?
TidyPigeon is not creating a new method of the login process. The 2-step verification is provided by the service providers to get access to your email inbox and for secured login.
Can I add multiple email accounts in TidyPigeon?
Yes. In Menu, go to “Add account” and follow the same login process.
Will my emails get permanently deleted?
When you take delete action, your mails are sent to the Trash Bin, but not immediately deleted. Your email service provider periodically cleans up your Trash Bin after which the delete action is permanent.
How to recover deleted emails?
In the menu go to “Applied Actions”. Here you will find all senders where you have applied some action in the past. Here you will have the ability to revise your past actions. For deleted mails, if you change to any other action, those mails that are still in the Trash Bin will be recovered and in future the delete action will not be applied to the sender.
Do you sell my personal data?
Definitely NO! NEVER! We respect your data privacy and would never sell your personal data to third parties. No personal data is ever shared with any third party. Only anonymized and aggregated information and insights are shared. For more information, please read the Privacy Policy.
Does TidyPigeon save my email login password?
Definitely NO! NEVER! TidyPigeon doesn't even have access to your login password that you use with your email provider. TidyPigeon uses the two-step authentication process of your email service provider without accessing your password.
Does TidyPigeon read my personal email?
Definitely NO! NEVER! TidyPigeon will NEVER read or even attempt to read your personal emails. User privacy and trust are most important for us.
